San Diego County: five-year stormwater behaviour-change marketing campaign, set aside for small local businesses
The County of San Diego's Department of Public Works is seeking a firm to continue, implement and evaluate its Community-Based Social Marketing (CBSM) campaign for stormwater pollution prevention across the unincorporated county: research and surveys, a Master Messaging Document and Comprehensive Plan, multilingual creative (print, video PSAs, social, web content for the county's Adobe Experience Manager site), media planning and placement, live events, the youth-run 'Poo Points' pet-waste programme, school-survey statistics, and monthly reporting to the Regional Water Quality Control Board. One base year from July 1, 2027 plus four one-year options, priced as hourly rates for 14 labour categories with task orders. Award is reserved for Small-Local Businesses under Board Policy B-53.
