The City of Sacramento is hiring a consultant for the environmental phase (PA&ED) of safety improvements on El Camino Avenue between Ueda Parkway and Del Paso Boulevard. That phase covers surveys, right-of-way, preliminary engineering to 30%, stakeholder coordination and CEQA/NEPA documents.
