USACE New York is buying a two-phase design-build of tidal and freshwater wetland mitigation at Compton Creek and Pews Creek, Middletown NJ (Port Monmouth Phase II, Contract 1)
This contract is the wetland-mitigation piece of Port Monmouth Phase II. It covers about 10.8 acres of tidal marsh restoration at Compton Creek and about 22.8 acres of freshwater emergent/forested wetland at Pews Creek. The work is excavation, imported fill, channel grading, planting, invasive-species control and five years of monitoring. The levees, floodwalls, tide gate and pump stations described in the SAM notice are not in this contract. The only materials Lindon carries are temporary erosion controls: silt fence, geotextile and coir matting.

Is this one worth your time?
Working out whether you could be the one who wins it means reading the whole solicitation, and most of an afternoon disappears into a document that was never a fit. That is the part we do.
We read it end to end and tell you plainly whether you would be competitive, naming the requirement that decides it. If it is worth bidding we write the response, and you price it and sign it. If it is not, we say so and you have lost twenty minutes instead of a day.
