Black Hills State University wants a signage contractor to fabricate and install its already-designed campus wayfinding system.
BHSU has finished its wayfinding design (Attachment I, by an outside design firm) and is now buying the physical signs: about 70 posts, panels and brackets in powder-coated aluminum and Corten steel, fabricated to spec and installed on campus with footings, concrete and site restoration. The price is a single lump sum. There is no design, branding or digital work in scope.

Is this one worth your time?
Working out whether you could be the one who wins it means reading the whole solicitation, and most of an afternoon disappears into a document that was never a fit. That is the part we do.
We read it end to end and tell you plainly whether you would be competitive, naming the requirement that decides it. If it is worth bidding we write the response, and you price it and sign it. If it is not, we say so and you have lost twenty minutes instead of a day.
