The City of Lancaster is seeking a consultant to develop and implement a comprehensive civic branding strategy that builds on its Our Future Lancaster comprehensive plan and Tourism Master Plan. The brand must be adaptable and scalable, applicable to placemaking, wayfinding, economic development marketing, tourism promotion and cultural programmes, and consistent across digital and traditional platforms. The work is defined by an approach narrative the proposer writes: refining purpose and goals, developing and guiding implementation of the strategy, project management and progress reporting, and facilitating virtual and in-person meetings with City leadership, residents, businesses and community organisations.
