Terms and Conditions
Effective 31 August 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Good Stuart's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Service.
Good Stuart operates two distinct services, and these Terms cover both:
- (A) Website & Lead-Generation Service. Professional websites and pay-per-lead delivery for service-based businesses (Sections 2.1, 3, and 4).
- (B) Public-Sector Opportunity Service. An application-only service that finds public-sector and federal contract opportunities (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs and bids) matched to a client's business, assesses which are worth pursuing, and optionally prepares the response on the client's behalf (Sections 2.2 and 3B).
These Terms apply to all visitors and users, including businesses that create profiles and agencies or advisors that subscribe to the RFP service. Where a provision references a specific service, it applies only to that service.
2. Service Description
2.1 Website & Lead-Generation Service
Good Stuart provides a platform for service-based businesses to create and maintain professional websites. This Service includes:
- Professional website design and hosting
- Custom business profile pages
- Lead generation and contact form functionality
- Search engine optimization (SEO) services
- Optional custom domain setup
- Analytics and lead tracking
This Service operates on a pay-per-lead basis. You are not charged any setup fees, monthly fees, or maintenance costs. You only pay when a qualified lead contacts you (see Sections 3 and 4).
2.2 Public-Sector Opportunity Service (RFP Intelligence)
Good Stuart aggregates publicly available solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs and bids from schools, municipalities, counties, housing authorities, universities, hospitals, special districts, nonprofits, and state and federal agencies) across the industries our clients serve, including construction and the building trades, facilities and grounds services, IT and professional services, insurance and employee benefits, and federal supply. We present them with estimated values and, for clients, the issuing entity, deadlines, requirements, contacts and source documents. Clients may also engage Good Stuart to prepare a branded response. Detailed terms are in Section 3B; key disclaimers are in Section 9.
3. Payment Terms (Website & Lead Service. RFP fees are in Section 3B)
3.1 Fees
This Service is billed on a pay-per-lead basis. Applicable rates, including any pre-purchased credit pricing, are set out in the written agreement or order confirmation provided to you before your account is activated.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and ACH bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
3.3 Billing Process
- For pay-as-you-go customers: Your card will be charged within 24 hours of receiving a qualified lead
- For pre-purchased credits: Credits will be deducted from your account balance
- You will receive an email notification for each lead and charge
3.4 Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued for leads that do not meet our qualification criteria. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the lead being delivered. Pre-purchased credits are non-refundable but do not expire.
3B. Public-Sector Opportunity Service (RFP Intelligence)
3B.1 Access, Subscriptions & Fees
Access is provided under a written agreement, billed securely through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees, whether a recurring program fee, per-response fees, or both, are set out in that agreement and confirmed before your account is activated. Recurring fees renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with Section 3B.7.
Access is offered by application only. Good Stuart may limit the number of clients admitted per industry, state or territory, may accept or decline any applicant, and may change fees on a going-forward basis with notice.
3B.2 Nature of the Opportunities
Opportunities are aggregated from publicly available government and procurement sources. Good Stuart does not originate, sponsor, control, or endorse any opportunity, and is not affiliated with the issuing entities. Deadlines, requirements, contacts, scope, and availability are set by the issuing entity and may change, be extended, be withdrawn, or be cancelled at any time. You must independently verify every detail against the official source solicitation before relying on it or submitting a response.
3B.3 No Guarantee of Results or Income
Estimated values and ranges shown on the platform are illustrative projections, not guarantees. Actual contract value depends on scope, pricing, term, renewal and the award itself, and may be materially different or zero. Access to opportunities is not a promise of business, selection, or award. Good Stuart does not guarantee that you will qualify for, be selected for, win, or profit from any opportunity.
3B.4 Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: your licensing, registrations, bonding and eligibility to bid; the accuracy and completeness of your proposal; your pricing and supplier or partner relationships; and compliance with each solicitation's rules, conflict-of-interest provisions and submission requirements. You are always the signatory. Every certification, affidavit and representation in a response is signed and made by you, not by Good Stuart. Good Stuart is not your broker, agent, fiduciary, or advisor and does not represent you before any entity.
3B.5 Response-Preparation Support
When engaged, Good Stuart organizes the requirements, drafts the response, builds the compliance matrix, prepares the forms and assembles the submission package. Where you instruct us to, and where the issuing entity permits it, we will also lodge the completed submission on your behalf. You retain full control of pricing, technical input and final approval; nothing is submitted without your written approval, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of what you approve. Good Stuart does not guarantee any award and is not liable for outcomes, for deadlines missed because of late input or approval, or for errors you approved.
3B.6 Permitted Use & Confidentiality of Member Data
Entity names, contacts, deadlines, documents, and other member-only ("gated") details are provided for your internal use in evaluating and pursuing opportunities only. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, bulk-export, or share this data or your account access with any third party or non-subscribing agency. Login credentials are personal to the subscribing organization. Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.
3B.7 Cancellation & Refunds (RFP Service)
You may cancel at any time in accordance with your written agreement; access continues through the end of the paid period, and no partial-period refunds are provided. Per-opportunity unlocks and response-preparation fees are non-refundable once delivered.
3B.8 No Professional Advice
Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, tax, accounting, insurance or financial advice. You are responsible for obtaining your own professional advice as needed.
