We had never really considered artificial turf for our back yard but after our new border collie puppy, Roxy, completely decimated all the grass with her running and frisbee chasing, we changed our mind. Grizzly Turf was by far the best option we found. Jeremy was extremely thorough in his presentation and advice of grass choice given our desire for a plush look that would also hold up to our pet. Kamryn was super friendly and helpful and very efficient in handling the entire project. The installation team was also great. They were friendly and accommodating; communicating with us and answering any questions we had throughout the process. We are very pleased with the finished product. Roxy took ownership immediately! There was a reason we came back! We put turf in our back yard last year and in our front this year. Start to finish we are extremely happy with Grizzly outdoor. Our consultations were catered to us and very helpful on picking the right turf for us. We picked a different one for front and back based on food traffic and usage. Office was helpful and accommodating with scheduling. Most importantly we are so happy with the installation and product. Each project was completed in one day and the team that comes out is quick and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Our community recently updated our current grass area with Grizzly Turf and are extremely pleased with the outcome and the product itself. Not only did we have a responsive company to work with we also had a great team that came on site to complete the work within one day vs the expected 2 days. Grizzly Turf customer service support and there onsite team worked closely together to ensure proper communication and delivery of the installed product was up to the customers standards. Definitely a company that prides on customer service experience.

We had Grizzly reinstall turf in our yard that we'd had for 10 years and had shown wear and tear. Although our yard is not big, it was a pretty big job for the Grizzly team because a large amount of tree roots had grown under the old turf. They did a good job cleaning up the mess caused by the roots. We received a similar estimate from a competitor and went with Grizzly because their estimate included steps in the process that the other did not. We appreciated Jeremy's thoroughness and transparency throughout the process. He pointed out that window pane reflection could cause damage to turf. We were not aware of this and are now looking into a remedy. Thanks to the team for a job well done!

Grizzly did a great job on our paver design and installation. From consultation to completion, I felt in good hands. They gave us great suggestions to narrow down our ideas and create a beautiful patio. They even helped out rearranging some sprinkler lines for us and added necessary drainage. Highly recommend!
