Another great job at our home in Narragansett by Pete Grandin and his crew!! Todd was our lead guy on this project and he was fabulous. His co-worker Jeff was right there following up making sure everything was cleaned and in great condition when they left each day. Todd kept checking in to be sure that he was doing exactly what we wanted. Great communication skills. Thank you Grandscapes!!

Grandscapes has been great. We use them for stonework, lighting, plantings, mowing and maintenance. We just needed some work done in advance of an upcoming event and they took care of it right away — with their work crews working through the rain. Peter, Andy and their work crews have been great.

Peter Grandin, owner of Grandscapes design is your guy. My house was built in the 50s and the plantings surrounding it were, most likely, the same age. They were high maintenance, outdated, and very, very tired. Unfortunately, they needed to go because the house needed a new look. However, I had no idea where to begin. I called Grandscapes and Peter came to my home for a consultation. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. He listened intently to every word I had to say. He asked about my likes, dislikes, color preference, budget and the look I wished to achieve. Within minutes, he had a vision in his head, knowing exactly what I needed to make my tired little yard look new and fresh again. This was a whole new experience for me, and I needed someone to hold my hand and walk me through the process, and Peter did just that, every step of the way. He answered every phone call or text within minutes and assured me that I would be thrilled with the result and he was 100% correct. I will be recommending Peter and his team to anyone and everyone with the utmost confidence that you would not be disappointed. Peter came out and helped us design green giants to provide privacy in lieu of a fence, moved boxwoods next to our shed, and designed a front landing for our stairs. We were stalled for years not knowing what to put there, Peter did an amazing job recommending pavers w a charcoal border. Amazing outcome and we are living it. Mark is a professional and leads the crew who are just awesome, polite, hard working, and skilled. I would highly recommend Grandin!!!

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Our family, of elderly/disabled people worked hard to save up a lot of money for an expensive vacation. This company was SO disrespectful... Woke us up before 8am right outside our window, with no warning, blasting music, extremely loud power tools and machines directly outside our window, horrible ruckus, blowing dust at everyone. Woke up out of a sound sleep having a full panic attack due to the extreme noise out of nowhere, and gave me a Migraine/pain flare up. I rarely sleep and I expected I would be allowed to get a little rest and recovery on vacation, and not have some selfish company trigger my disability when I'm supposed to be relaxing, but Grandscapes disagreed with that. I see you have good reviews, but it's not just about quality of the work, it's about respecting people, empathy, consideration, customer service, knowing the environment, social awareness, caring about your customers.
