Rosa has taken care of the landscaping at my Fathers property skillfully, consistently and carefully. When he passed away, she and her employees efficiently and quickly cleaned, and polished the whole property inside and out. They went above and beyond, I would recommend her to anyone.

They service my front yard and back yard. Most recently replaced both my front lawn with sod and new sprinklers and added a tree along with a boarder board. Looks beautiful. She is very efficient and takes time to care. She is very knowledgeable. I have used her service for years.

Highly highly highly recommend Rosa’s maintenance. Rosa and her team did AMAZING job on our sprinkler repair, weed removal and mulch installation. I had worked with a few gardeners before. Rosa and her team are just on another level. Here is why. 1. Time - ALWAYS on time With other gardeners, we had experienced no-shows, 3-4 hours late, or random show-ups. Rosa and her team were just different. They were ON TIME ALL THE TIME. 2. Professional Rosa and her team’s knowledge and skills are also on anther level. - Weed Removal They spotted poison ivy plants at first glance, which our previous 2-3 gardeners didn’t notice. Also, they removed all the weeds so perfectly even including weeds in our pavers. - Sprinkler Repair Our sprinkler repair used to be a hot mess. The water went to the air, not our plants 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨. Here is more: broken sprinkler heads, connection issues with our irrigation system. The list goes on and on. Literally, our sprinkler used to have every problem that a sprinkler can have all over our yard. Rosa and her team fixed each and every problem perfectly within just 2 days while doing weed removals. Now we have a perfect sprinkler system that goes straight to our plants, not in the air. - Mulch After we worked with our sprinkler repair and weed removal, we decided to do mulch installation with Rosa. They did an AMAZING job again. They’ve completed the mulch installation in a half day for our 6 yards garden. In the morning around 10:00 am, we left our home to pick up our parents. When we came back around 1:30 pm, everything was done. It was like a magic. - Cleaning No matter what they did, they ALWAYS cleaned our yard perfectly. You will be surprised by how much they care about even every little detail of your garden and how the small changes make a huge difference in your garden. -Reasonable Price They provided all of the services with a very reasonable price. If you have a chance to actually look at how they work and how much they care about your garden, you can see that how reasonable the price is. Also, just compare to other gardening services, the price was reasonable. - Responsive Rosa is super responsive and approachable. You can ask any gardening questions. She will be there for u. I don’t usually even leave 5-star ratings. But, by the fact that I am leaving this long comments, it just shows how amazing Rosa and her team. I am leaving this comment in my backyard. I feel like I am sitting a completely brand new garden. Again, I highly highly highly recommend Rosa’s maintenance. You will experience what high quality gardening services are.

We hired Rosa’s Maintenance to do landscaping in our backyard which included new irrigation system, sod, adding rocks for the perimeter, plants and a tree. I can’t say enough of the work that she and her team did.. They were here on time every morning, did quality work, no short cuts and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Rosa’s Maintenance for any Landscaping projects.

I had this service for about 9 months. One thing that Juan promised me when I signed up for the service was that either him or Rosa would be there every week to supervise their crew and make sure my yard was being properly maintained. After a few months they completely stopped coming and supervising their crew. The crew they sent would do the bare minimum, cut corners and my property started to show it as debris was piling up against fences and not picked up, no trimming was done and they would skip mowing my lawn for multiple weeks at a time. Communication and customer service is horrible. They often don't respond to messages for several days if they respond at all. Juan is inexperienced and is not customer focused and if he does respond he will make excuses, lie about what he agreed to and blame the customer. My overall experience was sub par unsupervised yard services, bad communication and poor customer service.
