Our backyard has an elevated area of land that was previously unused. We had 6 companies out to review the area and scope the project. Modern Yardz stood out significantly due to their professionalism and clarity of pricing. Jake was our fantastic sales contact that was able to bring our idea into visuals and a 3D model. We had constant edits to materials and styles but Jake was able to get everything together and keep the project on track. The results are exactly what we were hoping to accomplish. The workers were all very nice and worked incredibly hard. Thomas came out at the beginning to start the project off and multiple times in the finishing stages to make sure all loose ends were taken care of. So glad I reached out to Modern Yardz to work on our courtyards. Jake and Issac were great, super communicative and very patient with all my questions. They really took the time to review what I wanted and the scope was clearly defined. They helped us balance what we wanted and how we could keep it in our budget. The crew was very courteous to us and my neighbor also commented to me about how nice they all were. There were so many little things that they helped out with that I cannot list them all, moving some large planter pots that were too heavy, etc. When the project was completed, everything was cleaned up and removed from the site as if they were not even there. This is our forever home and I really wanted this space to be done right, they helped us achieve that. We’ll be enjoying it for many many years to come.
