Shady company. One of their trucks (license plate 81074P2), had a a heavy bag fly out and hit my car on vehicle, on the freeway. Leon Vitort stopped responding to my emails. No one answers any phone call. I only got a response when called the corporate number or actually visited their location and got another managers number. The police, my insurance company & lawyer, and corporate office arey only option as this company is dishonest and shady.

This company broke code and started working around 6am on a weekday.

I called Brightview at 3 different phone numbers several times, and No One answered the phone. Ridiculous! How can a company that large have an answering system where nobody answers the phone. That is really Bad Business! I was driving my truck on a surface street and a Brightview Huge Tree trimming truck, driven by a Mexican was Tailgating me Dangerously close and even though I tapped my brake lights dozens of times, The Driver Would Not Get off My Back Bumper. He was also Driving Too Fast! Very Scary! Those trucks Weigh Tons of Gross Weight and The Mexican Driver would Not Stop Tailgating Me! I called Brightview many times, and No One of Supervision Answers the Phone!!!!!!! Brightview is Not An Organized Company!!!!! Bad Landscape and Tree Care Company!!!! No One Answers Their Phone on 3 Different Lines. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would Never Hire Them.

Every Monday they come by our facility in Chino. And destroy everything including damaging our vehicles when I confronted the employees, they blatantly ignored and continue to media blast vehicles with their leaf blower. I had a very civil conversation with the gentleman, performing his job and ask him politely to please not to do that but he looked at me and said don’t worry about what I’m doing and continues to blast the vehicles.

Just enjoying the day watching these guys trim palm trees along Manchester Avenue in Anaheim. Maybe they had specific instructions from the City of Anaheim, but they were cutting lots of green, healthy fronds off the trees. Either they don't know much about trees or they don't care - I'm no arborist but any source will tell you only to remove the dead, brown fronds or you might kill the tree.
