Fast and great service! Ordered 5 yards of Garden soil over the phone. The lady that only works on Sundays helped me over the phone, very nice! New to gardening and she recommended that soil. They delivered it next day and the man that dropped it off in the truck was also super nice. Thank you!

We needed large landscape boulders and looked at a few suppliers around Shasta County. At Loucks we were greeted by a very nice and informative young man by the name of Onyx. He provided a thorough explanation of the pricing, availability, delivery options and assisted us in selecting 15 large boulders. The next morning a large Loucks truck arrived on time with our boulders and a large fork lift. The driver, Andy Gilmore, being very considerate of our curved concrete driveway, parked on the street, introduced himself, surveyed the property and assisted us in formulating a plan for the placement of the boulders. He used a strap, which he wrapped around each boulder, and the forklift to expertly place each boulder, one by one, in the selected location. Amazingly, his care resulted in absolutely no damage of any kind to any of the boulders or our landscaping. He was patient, professional and very respectful of our property. We are extremely happy with Loucks Landscape Supply.

Super motivated staff!! The man at the batch plant literally ran all day! Plus he was helpful and courteous. Pulled 3 carts of concrete out, nearly 4 yards. Great experience and very reasonable prices!! Good job to Cyndee, Sean, and all staff. Thank you!!

We recently purchased a truckload of landscaping rock from Loucks Landscape Supply and the entire experience was absolutely amazing!! Each person who helped us; from the office where we discussed their material options and how much they thought we would need (which I was so thankful for their recommendations and knowledge, they were spot on!), to the staff in the yard making sure we had any questions answered as we were making our choices, to making our purchase and finally to the expert delivery driver who made the delivery look so simple with the large dump truck and a neat pile in exactly where I asked it to be dumped… they have made a customer for life, as we will continue to be using them for any of our landscaping supply needs! I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Started this backyard project in April. Just the wife and I doing it in our days off. Thanks everyone for your advice. The entire staff from the office to the loaders!!
