My team is responsible for maintenance in the landscape for a condo community and was getting prices estimate and bids from different companies. This was the only company that was unprofessional and gave 3 times the price that other companies were giving. Further inquiry regarding why the estimates were so high resulted in the most cavalier and apathetic response. No job difference or anything that they were doing different like the other companies but, simply more expensive. I had one of my associates request a bid/estimate for different community in a different zip code, he was charged far less. I gather from difference in zip code is why we given a far exorbitant amount. I understand some price differences, but, not the amount they were charging.
